Schedule of fees

Booking Fee: $400.00 plus GST (non refundable fee for correspondence, reviewing material and the issue of a Section 60I Certificate if appropriate)

Issue of Section 60I Certificate:Included in booking fee

Half Day Mediation (4 Hours) - $1,000.00 plus GST per party

Full Day Mediation (8 Hours) - $1,900.00 plus GST per party

Child Inclusive Mediation - $6,300 plus GST

Room Hire

We have access to mediation rooms around Australia.

Room hire fees are applicable to some locations.

What our fees include?

• Initial telephone consultation to provide a general overview and answer any enquires
• Confidential pre mediation intake session with each party
• Reviewing material prior to the mediation
• Drafting of mediation agreement in the event that the parties are self represented and have not attended the mediation with a lawyer
• Reporting of outcome of the mediation
