At Family Law Mediation Centre we understand that there is no one size fits all model which is why our founder and director Guy McEntyre started Family Law Mediation Centre.
The first consideration in the model was providing a centre comprised of mediators and family dispute resolution practitioners who have a genuine desire to perform their role to a quality standard to aid parties in resolving their matter with all of their skill and experience. As a consequence there is a bank of experience each practitioner is able to draw upon from being in a collaborative group who regularly reflect on matters so that the team develops from each others practice.
Traditionally mediation and family dispute resolution conferences were conducted face to face and whilst we have access to facilities for this to occur we also accommodate mediations and family dispute resolution conferences via the zoom platform enabling you to access it by telephone, laptop or desktop computer. We have adopted this practice for the convenience of the parties so that they can either attend in comfort of their own home or for those parties who are often not at home due to work commitments they are not prevented from being able to progress their matter as a consequence of being in a remote location.
